理工学部情報科学科　大矢雅則教授の『暗号化技術』についての研究成果が日経産業新聞で紹介されました。

大矢教授はイタリアの研究チームと共同で、「非可換解析学」という数学研究の副産物として、アメリカのU01テストを全てパスする乱数発生法と、以前のものと比べ約一万倍の処理速度を持つ暗号化技術を新たに開発しました。これによりパソコン内の情報を全て暗号化するなどして情報の流出の防止等に応用できます。また、部外者が暗号を解く確率が数学的にゼロになることが証明されており、高い安全性にも期待が集まっています。
